Hello,
I own the CN10-02201B that includes the compensation fo the volume depending on the vehicle speed (volume is increased with increasing vehicle speed), which first seems to me as a very nice feature. Sadly the feature is not implemented as good as it could be. I recognized, that the volume is increasing in 10km/h steps (each 10km/h the volume increases) with a high volume change. This is annoying because of the volume increases very abruptly. Espacially if you are driving for example around 50 km/h, the volume is constantly changing (not so loud at 49 km/h, louder at 50 km/h), altough the compensation-setting is set to "weak".
I would suggest to change the volume in 1km/h steps and more slightly, that would make this feature really usable.
Regards,
David

Hi,
there only are three steps to adjust the volume.
If this affect your experience, you can turn off this function.
Hope your understanding.

Re: [CN10-02201B] Volume speed compensation function
Dear Jammy,
thanks for your response, but this was not my request. I'm aware that there are three options (weak, medium, strong) to control the volume depending on the speed.
My point is, that the current steps for increasing (ven if the configuration is not changed) are to rough. Let me give you an example:
If the speed is 0km/h the volume is at its base level.
If the speed rises to 10km/h the volume increases 10% to the base level.
If the speed rises to 20km/h the volume increases 20% to the base level.
If the speed rises to 30km/h the volume increases 30% to the base level....
And so on.
The feature would be much mor useful (for me useful at all) if the compesation would be not so rough, instead I would propose the following:
If the speed is 0km/h the volume is at its base level.
If the speed rises to 1km/h the volume increases 1% to the base level.
If the speed rises to 2km/h the volume increases 2% to the base level.
If the speed rises to 3km/h the volume increases 3% to the base level....
And so on.
This is only an example and espacially the values for the volume increasement depending on the speed may not be as it is implemented in the radio, but I hope you understand what im talking about.

Re: [CN10-02201B] Volume speed compensation function
Hi,
yes ,i understand you meanings.
But the function about adjust the volume to the speed step by step as you describe has not put into effect.
We will take your idea in considerate and communicate with regarding technicians.Hope some change.

Re: [CN10-02201B] Volume speed compensation function
Hi,
we have not test this function, but the factory technician did. For there are little people use this function,we don't pay attention to it.Sorry about this.
If there are some update of this function,we will release on the "Car Radio DVD GPS Stereo" of the forum.
