I have the same issue. It did warm start when I first had it, but after the last update it always cold starts.

The last update did make it so that bluetooth (only used for an OBD adaptor not a phone) worked well though. Hope that doesn't break when the cold start issue gets fixed.

I've noticed that voice control often works now too, although the mic is still awful. Maybe that's more to do with Google getting better at removing background noise.

sorry for the bad experience .About the cold boot issue of the unit RQ0278 or CN03-03101,you can try to flash the following firmware and mcu.

In fact, somebody said the cold boot problem solved after flashing this files,but somebody not.So it is still a little difficult to solve this.
If you this didn't flash that firmware(version:20170822) and mcu (V 2.55) ,you can have a try .
More query,you can contact the customer service where you bought the unit for the further solution
