2008 Grand Prix SWC

I've been trying on and off since late May of this year trying to get my swc to work in my 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix, which has the canbus system. I bought the ASWC-1 from Axxess, but there's one thing I'm not clear on; Does the the Canbus in the Pumpkin's menu have to be set to a specific setting? I see Raise, Simple. Hiworld, etc. in the canbus menu. If it does need a specific setting, which one is it? I bought the radio off EBay in May, my EBay I'd is devay92.

i can not find your ID , please check the ID is correct.
Or please tell me the SKU of the unit.Usually the SKU is writed on the surface of the unit or the package.It is a series of number.

I can't find the SKU, but it's S/N a40103270905040b07e0fa5133504b52 in the menu under "About Tablet" , and it also says A-Media Auto (1024x600)
