firmware update

Hi

Amazon order number ORDER # 203-7159901-5929115

Unit has slowed down an awful lot. Can only install aprox 5 apps up to 1gb. Cant use any other storage space that comes built in to install apps and have 2 sd cards inserted that cant be used for apps either. Is there an update to unlock more storage space to install apps and I am also having issues with Bluetooth connectivity.
