CN01-02306B firmware

Hi, I have a CN01-02306B and for the past few days it has started playing up. After about 10 minutes of running it just restarts then a few minutes later it does it again.
I have tried doing a factory reset and it has not helped.
Can I refresh the firmware at all to see if that fixes it?

As you can see as soon as I press the Bluetooth button the unit just resets which is the other thread I started. I sat here recording for about 10 mins and it didn't restart but shortly after I stopped recording it then restarted!
I have done a factory reset and it is still the same with both issues.

Thank you. Also it has started not remembering the buttons I set on the home screen. Sometimes they stay and sometimes it returns to the factory default. This unit is starting to get quite a list of faults so I'm soon going to send it back and go elsewhere.

Any news as I'm going to sent this unit back otherwise as this is getting nowhere?

Sorry for the late reply.
You can try to set the bluetooth type as WQ-BC5

If this still does not help,you can contact the customer service to change the android board if you don't mind change by yourself and you need solder the GPS connector with the soldering bit.

Hi, it is set as WQ_BC5 already. - it was working.
It was all working fine up until recently.
Changing the board? That seems a little extreme, can't I reinstall the first firmware as I'm not to sure about changing boards.
I'll just return it otherwise and get a different brand.

Can I please have a copy of the firmware as on previous devices that has usually fixed them.
Otherwise I'm sending it back and going elsewhere.
