Please tell me which kind of navi app you are using?
Do you mean the navi app can not output the navi sound?

I get no sound from the sat nav but get sound from the radio and cd player

Our wince unit doesn't support other third party navigation app including sat navi .Hope you know.
You can use Kudos map which we send you.

you can first check the regarding volume adjustment.
