Pumpkin DIN 5.1 bluetooth problems

Hello,
I have about since two years the pumpkin din 5.1. I bought it on Amazon check the link below. PUMPKIN Android 5.1 Autoradio Moniceiver mit GPS Navi 8" 20cm IPS Bildschirm für VW SKODA SEAT Golf Unsterstützt Bluetooth DAB+ WLAN 3G USB OBD2 (Android 5,1)
And since long time I have problems with the Bluetooth. I can't set a Bluetooth name or set a code. Check the YouTube video:


I tired different things but I can't fix it. How do I fix this problem. In the settings I see the option for firmware reset. But there I need also an code which I don't have.

Hi,
you can try to enter into the factory setting(password:126) and set the bluetooth type as WQ-BC6.

i entered the factory settings but had just this two options like on the picture.
i tried both options but no changes, still cant set a name for the bluetooth or set a passcode. I still need help to fix that problem

Sorry, i don't pay attention to the UI of your unit.So your unit should not be RQ0375.
Please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay,Pumpkin or AliExpress so that we can confirm more information about your unit and provide you positive solutions.

I bought this unit 22.05.2015, so a lot time passed already. And I didn't cared long for this problem. But I would like to solve it finally for using the Bluetooth again.

the SKU of your unit JY-C0344.
For the bluetooth problem, the bluetooth module should be broken. You can search the local professional for fixing the hardware.

I Have to say this is a disappointing answer. I paid 430€ for this unit. And then is the Bluetooth not working longer then 7 months. And I have no idea where I should find someone who can repair it. Thanks anyway for your help.
