Firmware Pumpkin model RQ1222E for Audi A4 B7

Dear Sirs,

I have purchased through Amazon (Order no. 406-7961055-3700350) a Pumpkin model RQ1222E for Audi A4 B7 of 2005 and I have some problem. Sometimes the volume does not work and it takes a long time to turn on occasionally. Can you fix these prpoblems with a firmware update?

Dear Sirs,

I have downloaded as I indicated the firmare for my unit but I would need to know if I have to run from a sd card and if so, if I should unzip it, since it tells me that there is no update in the sd. I have to leave the update.img file as it is ?? Where do I have to put it to update?
And finally, can you change the interface of the screen?

Hi,
You need put the update.img files on the root content of an sd card.Next insert it into the GPS slot.Then,enter into settings--- about device--- system update.
