Hi,
Uploaded the new Firmware, all appeared to work, what I get now, occasionally the device won't power up, I have to hold power button to enter re-boot mode, then re-install the Firmware. Most annoying, can you advise how to rectify, you may need to provide an update to the latest firmware.

Hi,

Decided I will return the firmware to the original version, the Map App I use has stopped working with the new version of firmware.

I use HERE 360, very good Android map tool.

Hi,

Re-installed the Firmware as you recommend, all appears to work, time will tell.

The problem I have with the apps, HERE WeGo SatNav app I use, this replaces the one that came with the device (wasn't any good for the UK), does not work, I can download from Google store, but will not run, says it cannot find the storage, checked the settings for storage, all appears okay.

Please advise how to get HERE WeGo working on my device.

Regards

John

Hi,

A little surprised by your response, the unit is an Android device, yes?

Google maps work, if it is the case that some Apps will not work, can you provide a link to the latest software for iGO, please, suppose I had better re-install it if I wish to have a GPS map navigation system, please make sure it is for the UK.

Not overly impressed I can't use every day Android apps from the Google store, defeats the object of having an Android device.
