Steering Wheel Buttons Constantly Reset

This is my second post on the topic. It's a known problem that you're not addressing. I'm fed up.

I've reset the steering wheel buttons multiple times and the Pumpkin Radio continually loses the settings. You can either refund my full purchase price and the $155 I spent having this thing installed or face real consequences. I'll give you two days to respond.

If you want send the unit back ,you need to contact the customer service where you bought the unit. In fact,i hope you can tell me your order number and more details about your problem so that i can try to solve to problem for you.
