Ch1001b yesterday stopped turning on

Hi.
Ch1001b yesterday stopped turning on .
First, when the video was viewed from the DVD, the sound was lost. Then, at boot, the initialization scale came to the middle and stopped. Wait 5 minutes and restarted the food.
After that, the monitor does not turn on.

I noticed that the touchscreen is triggered by the inclusion, even the lcd slightly changes color, but nothing happens after that.
What could have happened? How to restore working capacity?
Could the firmware break?
