May you please do a firmware update video of your Model RQ0261E & publish it on you tube. Please provide a detailed video to your customers?
Is this your latest Firmware for this Model? KLD _rk3188_h四核高清（20170327）

Do you recommend to update the firmware

I am still awaiting some proposal why I am not able to install this GPS Software. I also did made a factory reset.

Here the video of my issue. The app cannot be opend. The system is complaining less memory but I have plenty of space internal & external.

Hi,
the firmware updated in 27th,March,2007 is the latest.
The unit RQ0261 don't support the app here we go . you can try to use other Navigation app.

Option 1 ( Settings / about / Update)

Option 2 (Power off & Reset button)

Hi,
where do you find other firmware? The firmware which is updated on 27th,March ,2017 is the latest.
The update cannot solve the map app problem.
So i don't suggest you flashing the unit.
