SWC functions

Greetings-
I just purchased a "CN01-02204B-08A-US1-FBA
" from Pumpkin through Amazon and it is in a 2006 Hummer H2. I removed a Hyzpo unit that I got about a month ago. (mostly identical to this one but not 8 core with fast boot)
I have the PAC RP5-GM11 and everything works as it should except for the SWC functions......when I goto learn them I got squat! I have tried both Key1 and Key2 grounded the extra black ground like Pumpkins tech support manual says. With the old Hyzpo unit this took like 30 seconds to learn....now why is this unit so picky? I'm stumped and I REALLY want my SWC functions to work like they did with the Hyzpo.....

i don't understand you when you said "when i goto learn them i got squat".Please explain.
Does your car has can bus ?If yes,you need not to connect those three steering wheel wires.
If not ,you can refer to the following video to set the steel.Tough the user interface is different,the method is same.
