Bottom of Touch Screen not responding

Hi,

The Bottom of the touchscreen is no longer responding.
This means I cannot select any buttons on that part of the screen making it impossible to select bluetooth or to re tune my radio.

Hi,
The touch screen should be broken.You can contact the customer service where you bought the unit to change one.
