Hi,

I really need some help to my pumpkin unit.

1. When I try to change the car logo to the Toyota logo in the factory settings menu and push apply and then reboot the unit reboots but never starts up again, I then have to push the power on button on the unit what to do?
2. Every time I have powered of the car, the unit makes total boot no fast boot  What to do?
3. When tuned in to a radio station and the AF function activated, the radio doesn’t shift to a better frequency when the signal gets poor, what to do?
4. Just bought the DAB+ module from pumpkin but there are no DAB+ app installed on my radio what to do?
5. Is there a newer firmware for my radio?

Hi,
Regarding the car logo problem, it is normal that you need to start the unit by pressing the power button.
Regarding the cold boot problem, it is normal too because the unit does not support fast boot function.

Regarding the AF function problem,if the signal are not weak enough or the new frequency is not strong enough the radio doesn't switch to the better one.
