Ordered on 3 October 2017 Order # 202-5318695-8966719 from Amazon
Fitted this and it worked for a few days. There are a few problems with it.
It is slow to boot up, takes about 20 seconds. I was expecting this the first time but expected it to reduce to 2 to 5 seconds after initial start.
Yesterday the screen went blank. The radio continued working but none of the buttons would do anything. The only control that worked was the volume setting. Could not switch the Pumpkin off.
Restarted the car and nothing changed.
Took the unit out and disconnected it. Waited a few moments and then reconnected it.
The unit switched on but then some of the screens froze. Switching on and off seemed to cure it.
Can anyone shed any light on these problems.
Will return to Amazon, cannot have a situation where I have to disconnect it to get it to run.

Hi,
the normal boot time of this unit is about 25s and it doesn't support fast boot.Hope you know.
For the problem of the blank screen or freeze, you can recover the unit to the factory settings.

So every time it freezes I have to set it to Factory settings.
Do I then lose all my apps and have to reinstall them?
Every time the screen goes blank I have to remove the unit to disconnect it and then re install it?

very sorry for bringing bad experience to you. I had thought it is a accident so i hope the way recover the unit to the factory can help solving the problem.
This is one kind of new coming car stereo so there is no firmware update. Could you try to show us an video about the problem and i will reflect the problem to the engineer to solve it.Hope your kind understanding.
