CN01-02204b-023: Bluetooth not listing any devices

Hi
The unit does not find any devices via bluetooth. There is nothing in the list after searching for devices. I've tried using two iphones, macbook and Galaxy tab. Nothing. I've restored to factory default and I've gone into the factory settings and tried every bluetooth mode. None of this works. I try and refresh and reboot but so far I cannot get my iphone (or anything) to connect. What can I do? Thanks.

Hi,
Regarding the bluetooth problem,the Bluetooth type should be "WQ-BC5".After setting ,you need to click the "apply" button to save the change.

If this still doesn't help, please enter into the setting page of the Bluetooth and tell me whether the unit display the device name and pin code.

I have tried all the bluetooth mode including WQ_BC5 to no avail. There is nothing in the bluetooth settings for device name or PIN number. If I click the magnifying glass icon to search for devices, the unit just endlessly searches, finding nothing.

It is very strange.Please show us a picture or screenshot about the Bluetooth setting page like the picture i sent you. Our engineer will try to find the problem and solve it.

My unit finds my elm device but will not pair.

The unit is overall very poor quality.

Hi,
For this Bluetooth problem,the mainboard should be broken . You can contact the customer service to return the mainboard or change a new unit.
