CN01-2204B-023 Whining Noise

Hi,

I have installed the unit into a Nissan Sylphy 2014 and the units has the so called "whining noise" or alternator noise when RPM is increased. The unit has been grounded as instructed to the car chasis but whining noise still persist.

Please advice.

thanks for your translation,i am very supprised. I consult the engineer about your problem and they told me the noise is cause by your car,should be from the amplifier.You need to search the local professional help.Hope your understanding.

I have problem with the steering wheel control. It can be used, after 30 minutes - 1 hours, sometimes the steering wheel control do not respond and I have to go to Settings -> Steering Wheel Control and reset it again. Why do the steering wheel do not respond after certain period of time?

did you try to exchange the connection of the "kEY1" and "KEY2" ?
If this doesn't help,could you mind show us some picture about the connection of the steering wheel control .
