the 2 5v wires on the harness what they for?

so i wanted to know what is these 2 5v wires labled on the harness

as i trying to get a ISO cable for 2004 cavalier i didnt wanna cut the harness off and just wire it to my harness


but what is the 5 volts

and I asked car place they said the 2 5volts from the radio harness for the steering controls I don't have that but I can send pics later
