Trouble using steering wheel controls with CN10-04202H-01A

Hello,

I recently intalled the CN10-04202H-01A Radio into my 2004 Astra H. Everything works so fare excapt the steering wheel controls. I can not program them as it is mentioned in the manual. They work (volume up and down...) but i can not assign the buttons to a differend command. Also the buttons on the lefthand side are contolling both the radio and the leftover of the car BC.
The CAN BUS DECODER that came with the Radio has the label number : KED 20170912 HW:V2 SW:V1

Am I doing somthing wrong or is this a known issue?

Hi,
the steering wheel control of your car can not assign the buttons to a different command.

Thank you for your answer. But the there is a Problem. If i use the lefthand side buttons for up, down and ok to navigate thru the BC ond the Opel CID, it also triggers a respons in the Radio. is there at least a way get rid of that?

Thank you again. I followed your instructions and everything turned out ok with one small exaption. the up button on the lefthand side is triggering the Navi app. Down and ok buttons are working now only for the BC.
