EasyConnect update for andriod 7.0

Hi,
We test it using NOKIA with android 7.0 and find nothing wrong.
Since we don't have samsung s7,could you try to change anther phone?

I have the same issue with my CN10-03201B head unit and my OnePlus 3T running Android 7.1.1

Bought this head unit because of the features and I can't use some of them.
Phone Mirroring, DAB signal isn't very good plus keeps turning off while using google maps.

Hi,
sorry for this ,now in China,there is not a phone with android 7.1。
So we don't test the phone with android 7.1.
For the DAB problem,as a third party app,it can't be controled by the unit when it is placed background.Hope you know.

i have iphone 6 plus when i update to ios 11 the easy connected didn't work is there update for ios 11

Hi,

I am having this problem as this thread (please see pic) , i have a number of Android phones, including an Android 7 Nougat that i want to use EasyConnected with on my MTCB (KLD) head unit running malaysk. I have tried the latest .apk HT03.4.3.6 and tried many other .apk previous to that.
i'm using a genuine Samsung cable to connect USB"

It gets to the following "NO access to the serial number of the device hardware, please contact the dealer" (see pic)
and fails because of the serial number issue. also the S/N says "null" so i'm assuming it is looking for a serial number??

i read somewhere about creating a .net_easyconn_license file? Would this help? What is the file and where does this .net_easyconn_license reside in which directory?

Any assistance would be helpful, Thanks, i hope someone can assist as i'm fairly new to this.

Dear Support, I think this is simply not acceptable too provide such a service level to your customers!

WHY CANT YOU JUST RELEASE THE UPDATED WORKING SW ON GOOGLE PLAY MARKET!?

I'm having the same issue, but not going to do all this stupid crap which was unsuccessful for my fellow buyers
