Google Play App Installation Slow - Pumpkin 7 inch Double Din Android 7.1 Universal

Hi,

Purchased a Pumpkin 7 inch Double Din Android 7.1 Universal units from Amazon UK back in August.

The issue I am experiencing is that applications being updated/installed via Google Play is extremely slow, as an example a recent update to Google Maps took 15 minutes to install.

I have cleared the cache for Google Play Store but this hasn't resolved the issue.

Can you please advise or provide an update to resolve.

Hopefully the following photos will provide enough information of my device.

Hi,
you can try to uninstall the Google play store app and download another version of the google play store.
Any quetion,please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay,Pumpkin or AliExpress so that we can confirm more information about your unit and provide you positive solutions

I am not sure if there is an option to uninstall Google Play Store from the device as it's a system app however will check this later today and provide an update.

I am unable to uninstall the Google Play Store app from the device so this appears not to be possible.

I have performed a factory reset however the issue continues with applications taking a very long time to install or update.

though you are unable to delete the system app,but you can update it. I find a app for you .You can download it and install it.I tried successfully.
