Re: Need Firmware for 2gb Android 6 p3
Jammy-
If you could provide me with my firmware too, I'd be much obliged. Octa-core 2gb signature at the bottom has my order and other details.
After I received my head unit, the sound disappeared after a few hours. After going through all sorts of procedures, I was instructed to do a factory reset.
This disabled my voice control (I use for navigation) which is a real disappointment, as well as some apps disappeared. I was able to install them via .apk files, nut not the voice control.
The sound was fixed when I was instructed to short the red (ign) and pink (accessory) wires at the iso connector.
Please provide the link so I am able to get back my voice control.
Sorry for hijacking this thread, it seems everyone wants the firmware but it's like pulling hens teeth, Pumkin don't want to make it public
for reasons known only to themselves. If I wanted a closed system I'd have bought a proprietary head unit, Android is supposed to be open-source with intellectual property freely available to all.
Many thanks, Tony.
