The top part of the touch screen is not responding. Tried up dating firmware did not fix the issue. Sent two pm's to admin this year no response. Needing help any ideas? Admin feel free to chime in and respond to this topic sent required information in pm's, need your support.

Adding model and order number just in case issue has been on going since last year Feb, just got tired of waiting for a response. 11-RQ0259-US-A order number is 100003753

For the screen problem, could you show me a shour video about it ,we need to confirm whether the screen is broken or not.
We don't get anything according to your order number,please check it or tell us your buyer id?
