Problem with Radio, Wifi, usb, bluetooth

Hi,
I've bought a Pumpkin 2din Car Radio in may of this year.
After the installation everithing works fine, but every couple of days the radio app loses all of the saved channels. This is the main frustration.
WiFi and Bluetooth sometimes work, sometimes don't work.
Wiifi cannot find my home network or found it but never end the connection process.
Bluetooth work fine but sometimes it slow down my phone and i need to restart it.

I search all over the SKU number but i cannot found it.

Moving around the forum i saw that this problem are frequently firmware related, but i don't know if the file i have downloaded are the right ones or where to find it.

I need help, the radio is great, but in the last month all of this frustrating problem are increasing in number make really annoing to use it.

Hi,
Thanks for the previous reply.
I've installed the firmware accordling to the guide and everything worked.
Now all of the problems (wifi, BT, Radio memory, USB) seem to have gone.
New problem: Fast Boot doesn't work anymore. Everytime I turn on the car the radio take various seconds to power on.

Is there any solution for this?

Sorry for the late response,
I've installed the new firmware two day ago. Now some thing are better like GPS.
The problem with Fast Boot instead is got worse. Now everytime i switch on the car it take at least 30 seconds to boot. I use the car (it's a mercedes vito) for work and i switch on and off the engine several time in a day. Without the fast boot retro view camera is useless.

My wifi and USB doesn't work anymore. My bluetooth does work. The wifi says it's off and whenever I try to turn on to the on position, it grey out and then remains off. Both of my usb's connectors doesn't work neither. I used to listen to music through the usb, but all of sudden it stopped. Both the Wifi and USB stopped working at the same time while driving. My girl noticed before it stopped working completely that sometimes it would take some time to load music through the usb and then it finally stopped. I got this unit in April 12 2017. ORDER # 112-8648065-2802647 Part # 11-RQ0369E-US. My girl loved the fact that she could stream music through the usb since she has a lot of songs.

According to your decription, the mother board should be broken.You can contact the customer service where you bought the unit to change an mother board.
