Display issue

Good afternoon,

My display has stopped working correctly on my head unit, Amazon order ORDER # 202-8258804-4511556. Please could you advise where I may send this to in order to get it fixed. I have only had it 7 months. I use a custom ROM but this would not affect the hardware (the ROM was changed 6 months ago with no issue).

If you would like me to put the original firmware on the device for testing before return please could you send me a link to download.

Hi,
For your problem of the touch screen ,you just need to contact the customer service where you bought the unit to send you an new touch screen.
