Bluetooth issues on CN03-03101B

Hello there.
I'm having BT issues with my device. It suddenly just drops connection to my phone for no reason. It happens with my tablet too, so it's a headunit issue.
To reconnect, I have to go to the BT menu on the stereo, press disable, then enable 3 times to get it to connect again.

There's no trigger for this, it just happens randomly.

I get no pop up when i insert an SD card with the update.zip file on it.
I'm trying to get into recovery manually, i've tried the PWR+RST combo, but i can't get into recovery.

Can you help?

For the drop connection porblem,you can also try to change another phone to connect.

Hi,
it is strange.Did you do as follow:
1.download the rar files and un-zip it,then you get both two files on the root content of one sd card and insert the card into the GPS slot.
2.Enter into settings - car settings - system update/MCU update.
If it still doesn't do anything help, you can try to reset the unit and flash again.
