button backlight not working

the backlight behind buttons are not working.

when i enter factory setup and set key light option on, the screendisplay is always bright. when i turn it off the screen light dims when putting on the car lights. the backlight of the buttons never go on and stays off.

Hi,
when you put the car light on, the backlight of the button will keep lighting unless you cut off the "ILL" wire of the back ISO cable.

no wires have been cut and the backlight behind te buttons never worked.
my previous radio (Wince) had no problems with button backlight.
