11-RQ0267E+Y0801 Changing Radio Stations Constantly

My stereo is changing stations by its self all the time. You can't turn the radio off and listen to anything else. Any ideas? Where do I go to make a warranty claim? Thanks.

Hi,
you can try to do a factory reset by enter settings - backup - factory reset.
About the warranty issue, you need to contact the customer service where you bought the unit.

I will reset the unit. I purchased it at Amazon from Pumpkin. They said to contact Pumpkin.
