[unsolved] Some Problems with AS0471H

Problems
1.
I can´t remap the buttons on the steering wheel. When i touch start and the button, both highlights green, but when i press a button on the steering wheel, nothing happens. When i touch clear before, nothing happends to.

2.
When i change the tab in the car display the radio frequency will change, or in mp3 mode the next or previous title will be played.

3.
in the radio app, the actual frequency won´t be displayed, i have scan forward or backwards, then will the frequency be displayed.

4.
It is impossible to use the Bordcomputer with the navigation app. When i touch "BC" the BC1 apears in the car display, but no other function works (like left, right, ok, ...)

I hope there is an update or similar for the unit?

Hi,
1.you are unable to remap the steering wheel control because they are controlled by the canbus.
2.For this problem,you can contact the customer service through amazon message to get a canbus box.
3.I don't understand this problem well,could you mind show me an video?
4.The info about navigation app is unable to display on your car display.

1. So double inputs (radio AND car) can not be disabled by remapping the buttons on the steering wheel? thats very sad
2. i will do this. I don´t understand why, because i but it esecially for opel(vauxhall), but ok.
3. i make a video and post it here
4. i don´t mean the navigation app, i mean the BC app (for navigation the bc). It doesn´t look exactly like this, but the app does the same:

1.I mean your the steering wheel which is controlled through can bus system is unable to remap ,not all double din car stereos.
