My unit is stuck on the car logo animation

SKU = 11-C0678-US-A installed on a 2007 FJ Cruiser Toyota

Was working fine for months and then just got stuck. I see the android kitkat bootup screen for a moment before it goes to the toyota logo animation, but that's where it stops.

I have researched and found that some have had luck using the reset button. I've tried that and the unit still gets stuck.

What can I try next?

May I ask what harness you used to connect to the FJ Cruiser? I tried the universal Toyota harness but it doesn't fit at the Pumpkin end. I have the 10.1 inch model.
