stereo issues

recieved and installed new stereo yesterday but have had a few reboots.
my main issues are

1 bluetooth hands free calling only comes through one speaker front right drivers side. The sound is mono and very bad quality and i cant make out caller well

2 the screen blanks out when i go into reverse but i dont have and dont want reverse camera

i need these fixed next two days or i am asking paypal bank for refund as you only give 7 days to return took stereo 4 days to get to me so not fair

Hi,
1.about the bluetooth bad quality issue,you can do as follows:
S1,try to close the windows and place the phone near the car stereo.
S2,try to change another phone.
2.since you don't have a reverse camera,you can cut off the wire REVERSE-IN of the ISO cable .
