RQ0278E Kein Standby / cold boot problem /RQ0278E Neustart Problem

Hi Jammy,
my new Unit RQ278E (i buy this from ebay) has the cold Boot Problem,
also when i pull out the Key for a 20 sec.
The first week was ok, and i have also check all the cables and is all ok.
Batery + and key ACC + is ok . !!
First week was all ok!!
This is absolutly No Go !!
Is there one Firmware Update to solve this problem?
When the unit works (after Cold Boot) is fast everything ok, Great GPS and Radio, Usb dont go anytime.
If there is no help from the service a think i will send it back.
Pumpkin Radio has very good name hier in Germany.
Sorry but any NoName Android Tablet or Phone has a working Standby.

sorry that there is no effective solution to solve this unit.You can contact the customer service where you bought the unit considering changing another unit .

The unit I bought in May 2017 still has this issue as well and GPS does not work properly unless it's a cold boot.

If there is no planned solution can we all return them for a new unit Jammy?

I've had this problem for months.

1) Mornings when I start the car it boots without fast Boot, iTakes about 30-40 sec. and loosing Nothing from Settings or Apps.

2) When I restart the car after few minutes 10-20min, no problems, it boots with (fast Boot ) Everything is OK but all the Apps (GPS) is cloced
only System Apps is on.

3) When I restart the car after more than 20 minutes, it starts without fast boot , loosing Nothing
all Apps is closed only System Apps is on.


THE first 3-4 days was everything ok accept closed Apps, [b]Fast boot worked without any problem.

The RQ0278E Radio has a Great GPS and 3G works also very good.

That must be Software Problem and not Hardware!

I need only fast boot and that sime Apps like GPS stil workung after fast boot.
I can not Everytime when i start the Car waiting for 20-40 sec. that the Rear Camera Working,
Other Car-driver wait for example to Park in my Position.

If i put 12v anytime on ACC and close the Radio with the Switch is there a working fast boot?
