Just joined the Forum today so please forgive me if I have posted in the wrong section.
I have just purchased the above android 7.1 for my 2004 Audi A4 B6 (with Bose sound system). I was given the impression that I had purchased a plug and play unit. This suited me as although I have an electrical background I know virtually nothing about car sound systems. I was assured by Pumpkin all leads etc were included in the kit. Having opened the box I was surprised at the amount of leads and harnesses etc present. On removal of the original symphony head unit I found only two main plugs in the back of the unit and two aerials?

To cut a long story short I think I am a little out of my depth with this installation. Therefore can anyone help with an idiots guide to installation? I need it very basic as I appear to be at a total loss with what harness cables I need to use. I have contacted several audio specialists who were less than complimentary about my choice of unit. All refused to install so I am hoping someone can assist?

Most of these issues have been resolved now, with the exception of ground loop noise from RCA plugs.. Tried ground loop filter on RCA's but made no difference. Also unable to connect to internet via wifi dongle, tried several SIM cards but receive message saying not registered or SIM locked. Can anyone recommend a service provider? Vodafone and EE only interested in selling their own dongles and will not supply sim for my HSDPA dongle. anyone else had these problems?

Ongoing Dongle issues.

My HSDPA dongle has a Three UK WMCDA SIM works fine on my laptop, but wont work on head unit. The SIM is not pin or password protected, it connected momentarily for about 5 minutes. Now appears to have failed all together. I have tried the car in several locations without success. Can anyone assist? I have read this model Android has numerous connection issues. Also radio can only receive 3 FM stations the antenna is amplified and receiving 12 volts. Works fine when connected to Original Audi head unit. Not happy about this purchase.
