Reset Factory Password

Hello Pumpkin Team,

I bought the 1 Din Android 6.0.1 Radio (CN10-01202B) from Amazon.
My order ID is: 305-1310736-0700366

MCU Version: 5.3.19-11-10-453101-170220
System Version: V7.3.1_20170426.143705_KED3

I had try to reset the device on factory. But it don't work. Can you tell me the password for the factory reset and for the developer menu.

Had the device a update ?
And is it possible to flash the complete original firmware new ?
How can i get the original firmware ?

Hi,
the password is 7890.
If the unit get an stable update,we will notice on this forum.
Noramally we don't suggest our clients flash the unit if the unit works as it should.Is there anything wrong with your unit?
I can send you the firmware if it is helpful to solve your problem.

Thank you for your help. The Password worked.
No its all okay with the unit. I'm normally not the Person who do a Factory Reset. I install the Firmware new but all is okay.
