Rear camera problems on AS0471H

Unit specifications:
model: AS0471H
system:
V9.2.2_20171025.000458_KED3-5

MCU:
5.3.19-11.81.453101-171011

I connected rear camera to this headunit. Connection is like in manual, signal is connected to cinch video CAM input, and the control signal to red wire CAM line input.
The problem is when key is turned before ignition on car and reverse gearbox is selected then camera switch ON and picture on headunit appear.
But when the car is running rear camera wont show on headunit display. I measured line signal which turn on headunit camera input and there show +12V booth when car is running and not (camera working) when selected reargearboy knob.

What could be wrong? is there some bug in system ?

Hi,
did the unit switch to the reverse page when you selected reverse gearbox ? If yes ,you can do refer to following passage.

If not, you need to contact the customer service to return the unit back for repair or change one.

Ok, I have this relay and anything. But for headunit for camera reverse turn on I used before connection to reverse light , but maybe was voltage drop and canbus disable back lights. Now I used for camera output on relay and works fine.
