Left Steering Wheel Controls Opel Astra H 2007 with AS0471H

Dear all,

I've got a problem with the left hand steering wheel control: it always controls the android radio AND the boardcomputer. So I can't navigate through the boardcomputer menu without switching the songs back and forward and pushing the wheel results in starting the navigation app. If possible I want to deactive the whole usage of the left steering wheel control in android. The CANbus-box for Opel is already been installed.
Under Settings, Car-Settings, Model is Opel (5.3.19, ...) selected.

How can I fix the double recognition of the left steering wheel control?

Unfortunately the often described way to factory reset the android radio did not made things better! The radio should show the settings like boot-logo and can-bus-options now (where I might change the key options), but this step performed on the 7.1.2. device made a real factory reset and the radio was rebooted directly in the radio app. Now all the preinstalled apps like Torque, GPS Test++, DAB etc. are gone! There was no sd card inserted in any slot and i cant find any apk-packages.

Is there any way to reinstall the preloaded apps?

And additionally may i get a copy of iGo-Navigation too?

If you have the same unit with the last clients ,you can contact the customer service where you bought the unit to change the canbus.We will send it from China.
