1.If you want to sort tracks in the music app,you can consider the universal unit CN01-02306 or CN01-02303 .

2.Our all car stereo support download and store the phone book.
3.You needn't to enter APL while using our 3g dongle.You just need to insert the 3g dongle and wait a few second .
4.If you want to return the unit ,you need to contact the customer service where you bought the unit .

3 Weeks gone.....

Absolutely nothing happened.....

I wrote 3 Mails, tried zu reach Pumpkin via Telephone....

No answer, no success.....

What's wrong with you Folks?

Sophie told me that she didn't receive your post and she sent you one email more to your amazon mailbox today.If you still unable to get a communication.You can write an post to our support mailbox "support.de@autopumpkin.com" to ask the customer service to change one kind of unit to you.

So, meanwhile the Exchange arrived.....

So, please tell me where's the point I should start to laugh?

You send me an CN10-11302B..... Nice, thank you so far.
But this Device runs the same buggy Firmware as the old one....
That means....

Freezes without further notification, freezes after start,
no possibility to sort Music-tracks, the Device play's them randomly.....

What should I do with that crappy Peace of Technic.....?

Another buggy Feature....

The Radio didn't show any RDS Information!
Radio Text is shown, but extremely buggy....

If you store a Station, Station Name will shown in Station-Button....
For a few Minutes, then it scrambles the Stationname....

So, let's make a long Story short....

Is there any workaround by Firmware, otherwise please be so nice and refund my Money...
I'm not your Beta-Tester!!!
