No Netflix?

Cant get netflix installed.Order ID 111-1418713-9889836:
1 of 6.2" Android 6.0 Car Stereo, Bluetooth for Hands Free Calling, GPS Navigation DVD CD Player, 64GB USB SD 3G WIFI OBD2 CAM-IN Phone
They sent me a .Apk for netflix it says some wort of error and doesnt install,something like bad file error and stops.
On playstore for Google,this doesnt even appear.No Netflix.

I gave you the google store before.There are some netflix app there.In fact,i don't sure which app you want.Do you get the app you want now?

In China,there is no service from Netflix.Hope you kind understanding.
This is the third party app problem.If you can modify the review,we will be appreciated.
