AS0372B factory settings and root

Hi Pumpkin Team,

I have bought one of your Multimedia Radios (AS0372B).
My Orderin AliExpress ID: 88267674548461 Store name: Shenzhen Car Multimedia Co.,Ltd.
I have a few questions:

--I lost the buttons settings (accidentally reset) in the factory setup.
I would like to ask you, can you get this back?
MCU update, or dmcu restore?
Or is it possible to make any settings in the factory? Like when I first turned on the unit?

- I would like to install more powerfull programs (Tasker, etc) but I need ROOT! Is it possible?
- I want to use voice assistant in bluetooth but it does not work ...
- Is it possible to set up bluetoot phone porgram when the phone rings, then do not get a very loud melody from the speakers ??

1.sorry for my bad english.What buttons settings you refer to?some pictures or an video will be better for me to understand your query.
2.the unit doesn't support root.
3.the voice assistant doesn't work with bluetooth.
4.i am not sure.You can have a try.

Hi,because the bluetooth phone app belongs to the third party app,so i don't know whether it works with our unit.
About the bluetooth sound,you can enter factory settings(password 126)-sound page and modify the parameter of the bluetooth amplifier.
