Hi,
Normally after you connect with your iphone and click the download icon ,then the unit should automatically download the phone books. Please check some regarding settings about the contacts in your iphone.

If this still doesn't help,could you mind show me an video or some pictures about this issue.
Sorry that the unit doesn't sopport apple music app.
