Problems, possible updated firmare???

I have this unit:

Installed it yesterday and have many issues.
1) Some times no sound, have to do factory reset 126
2) Skipping on SD card Music or Usb Music
3) Steering wheel buttons have to be re-mapped multiple times, it forgets them
4)Some time typing it will show large number then small number then large then small ..?
5) Bluetooth call sometimes has loud clicking noise when starting call

Please let me know if there is a possible software update for this unit.

Download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.
