11-RQ0259E does not turn on

I have a HU 11-RQ0259E (order 100004207 23/FEB/2016) was all right until yesterday when I was doing a trip using the GPS and suddenly the image disappeared, showing only a light blue screen, but I was able to listen the radio that was working at the same time that the GPS. I tried every touch buttons but none of them worked. I couldn't turn off and turn on the HU. The HU only turned off when I finished my trip and turned off the car, but after that I tried to turn on the HU and it doesn't worked. I also tried to use the reverse camera but it also left to work when I put the reverse gear.

Can you help me please?

Sorry about this.
Regarding your issue, please switch on your car, press the RST hole and hole it about 10 second, then choose to restore the factory data potion to reset the unit.
If you could not enter the recovery mode, please contact our website customer service to return it back to us for repair.

Hello... last year I sent de HU to you for repair, but it is again with the same problem!!
One day I arrived at home with the radio working and the next day the HU did not work anymore.
Last time I sent you the HU I payed a huge tax to receive my HU repaired. I have a friend that is electrical engineer and he is asking me for the electrical schematics.
Can you send me the schematics of 11-RQ0259E (order 100004207 23/FEB/2016) to help him??
Have you any ideia of what is the problem? have you a historic repair of my HU?
Maybe is the same problem and you can tell us what it is to help my friend!

sorry that we cannot provide you the schematics.
S1,if your unit just stuck on the boot logo page,you can try to flash the unit or contact the customer service to send you an new android board.
S2,if the unit completely doesn't power on,first you need to check whether the red wire and the yellow wire get around 12V power and make sure the black(GND)wire connectes to ground.
