Download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the gps slot.Then enter settings - about device - system update.

For the bluetooth connection issue,first you can enter factory settings(126),then check whether the BT type option is BC6,liking follows.

I'm having an issue with my stereo's 2nd installation.

After installing the Touchscreen is not working.
I can touch the top of the screen (home, back, open apps etc) on the top line
but nothing happens at all if i touch below.

I don't have my purchase details. However it was purchased from the website.

This stereo was working perfectly when removed and has been stored safely. no reason why touchscreen would be damaged

i suggest you contact and show the customer service on the website an short videos about the problem.And they can determined whether send you an new touch screen could do any help.
