fuse keeps blowing on new unit(single din android 6)

I recently purchased a new "Pumpkin Android 6.0 Universal Single Din Car Stereo" (CN10-01201B-02A) from Amazon on December 13 2017. Yesterday when turning my vehicle off the folding screen made a strange noise as it was shutting down. Today when I started my car the unit didn't come on and I pulled it out to see the fuse had blown. I changed the fuse 3 times as it popped as soon as I plugged the fuse in. I Removed the unit and put my previous Pumpkin unit in (got new unit as I smashed the screen on the older one) and the older unit started up with no issue. So it seem the new unit is faulty. Any idea how to fix or replace as I cannot see an option on Amazon
