PUMPKIN CN10-03304B Android 7.1 HELP!!!! Screen problems

Mein Radio Bootet ganz normal aber sobald es Hochgefahren ist kann ich nix mehr machen !
Wie kommt man bei diesem Gerät in den Recovery Modus, um einen Factory Rest duchzuführen?
