No Reverse camera AVIN ok

Just completed install using previously working camera. When car put in reverse screen does not appear. Tried in AVIN and camera comes on when entering reverse on the car, there yellow camera in and power feed OK. Checked the factory settings and reverse camera enabled.

Hi,
first,please check the "reverse in" wire get 12V power when you put the car in reverse.
If the first step doesn't help,you can contact the customer service to send you the RCA cable which includes the cam -in RCA .
