Latest OS for my unit !?

Hi , I have a 2DIN unit in my auto , and I`m running Android 4.4.x
My question : Is the any update on Android platform for this unit [ KLD_rk3066_p(150522) OS 4.4.22 ]
This is my actual version of OS

please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay,Pumpkin or AliExpress so that we can confirm more information about your unit and provide you positive solutions .Please also tell me the resolution ratio of your unit?
