Hi,
You can flash the unit with the following files .
https://mega.nz/#!pNM2jLSA!x2QTNER19-q_ ... _bVRKEV1Xg
Please place the files on the root content of one sd card/USB stick and then insert the card into the GPS slot if you use it.
Next, you can do as the following video.

Hope your feedback

Hi,
there isn't a recovery mode menu for this kind of unit.Normally we flash the unit like the videos do i showed you when you are unable to enter setting page and click the system update option.Did you do that like that video ?Is there any differnce?

Hi,
i am sorry that forget to tell you that after you finished the update procession, you still need to using a thin stick to click the RST button to make the update effective.

Ich benötige Whipe All Data.

Hi,
sorry for my sundry guidance.I suggest you can check the procession again as follows:
1.download this files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot. https://mega.nz/#!pFlhiDQY!EXNBi28GtTeY ... 5_Z2iOohRM
2.do according to the videos .After finishing the update, using a thin stick to click the RST hole to reboot the unit or just plug out the ISO connector and plug in again.
3.plug out the sd card and delete the above files. Then download the next files https://mega.nz/#!dd1kBYhJ!8uTO28V17qS4 ... Bf3WKwbuhg to the root content of the sd card and still insert it into the GPS slot. And then repeat the Step 2 again.
We test this two files(first is files of the screen resolution and second one is the boot files) and it can solve the problem. The firmware you want doesn't make help.Hope your kind understanding. If this still doesn't help ,we hope you can provide an video about your operation.
Regards
