Bluetooth not connected my phone Samsung A3 2016.
The phone see radio and the radio see phone, but when i try to connect, after a few of seconds phone say to me error...
What i can try? I think is only software problem... Update firmware?

Unzip the files to the root content of one sd card/USB stick.Then enter settings - car settings - system update.

today I tried to connect a samsung grand prime that works perfectly, so bluetooth works ...
the most recent firmware what version is it? if it's the same version I think it's useless to install it ..

i mean if the unit can connect to all other phone except for the sumsung a3,this means there is some compatibility problem between the unit and sumsung.In this way,we have to suggest you change one phone to connect with our unit.Regards
